Relax
Whenever you find yourself getting overwhelmed with stress and anxiety, simply take a break for a few minutes. Close your eyes, touch your heart and start taking a few deep breaths. Breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly with your mouth, making a subtle HAA sound. Do this 7 to 10 times at once and you will find yourself feeling more relaxed, focused and energized to continue with your tasks in hand. Repeat this exercise whenever you feel anxious in the day.

Practice Mindfulness
Try to focus on the present moment as much as possible. When your mind wanders, Tell yourself that this is what I am doing at the moment and this is the most important thing I need to do, and that this very moment holds the key to my success. Get up and sit down a few times to break the chain of negative thoughts. Repeat loudly to yourself, ‘It’s all going to work out for me”, sip some water and then get on with your task. You can even stick these words as a note on your studying desk.

Visualize Success
Visualize writing your exams with ease and success. Imagine sharing the news of your success with your loved ones. Hold on to these feelings of relief, confidence and joy for a few moments during the day.  Do this daily until you finish with your exams.

Positive suggestions
Repetition is the mother of learning. Your present thoughts and beliefs are all deeply rooted in your subconscious mind. The fear and anxiety you feel is always coming from this deeper mind. In order to replace these thoughts of not being good enough, smart enough, lucky enough or intelligent enough, start repeating positive statements to sow the seeds of a new powerful desirable reality into your subconscious mind. The best time to repeat them is first thing in the morning and last thing before going to bed at night
Some of the most powerful suggestions you could repeat are:

I Pass my exams with flying colors
I enjoy studying
My mind is relaxed and calm during exams
Everyday in every way, I am getting better and better
I focus easily on the tasks in hand
I am a great learner
I am always relaxed during my exams
I complete my papers with ease and success
I have a great memory
I easily retain whatever I study
I am happy and grateful for always securing good grades
